Dev D must watch

People have been watching all versions and languages of Devdas from 1950's till date, what is so different or must to watch this? Year 2009 or you can say it as new era of culture and tradition and so manythings have changed from when it was written, but the relations are still the same.

When i watched it happy to see that someone has attempted to tell what each individual do talk and feel about each other and its true lot of times this is what it happens. The characters even though it was the same like PARO, CHANDA and DEV but their characters are real and to the day.

PARO after marrying she comes to clean up DEV (even his room) and goes back with the glass on her face just an indication of her closing her emotional relationship with him but still she is his friend who care for him, but he is not able to able to make out what he wants from her love or sex.

CHANDA did not have a open family who could not talk about the problem but blew it up and made her move out of it in her own way. She is an artist who wanted to express things in different way and her doing sex was not something great for her but the social system around her made it a big mess of it. They could have sit and talked to her they blew it up, a lesson to all the parents across india to please sit and talk to your children. She loves DEV even knowing him saying he loves PARO life long but waits for him and she deserved him more.

DEV did he really love PARO or not is not so clear as CHANDA says once " if you really love her you would have stopped the marriage", but after knowing CHANDA he says " I never loved PARO as i had not seen her properly, so what did he see in her?" was it just lust or the only girl who was there from his childhood...... some questions are never answered. I would say people who have a heavy past of Love and not able to get them please dont blame anyone on it just move on with the one who loves you most them whom you love and they dont give you back.
